# Personal Entity Menu

## Community Cluster

Three sets of clusters are available and they all have identical submenus. Cluster Set defines the Cluster used and by default, Cluster A is the active cluster in use.

### Nextcloud

Requirements:

To create a Nextcloud account, click on the **Activate** button and enter the required details in the blank fields, then click on the **Create User** button.

## 1. Console Applications

### Console App

### Console Barcode

[app.contacttrace.com.au](http://app.contacttrace.com.au) can detect barcodes in two ways:

1. Using the mobile phone's camera in landscape mode to take a photo of the barcode. Once the barcode has been detected, click on it and a ![black_location_pin](https://discuss.88.io/uploads/default/original/2X/4/409585f4b1c4f325f3578b5da7b1cff4447c9758.png) pin will be added to the map.

2. Submit a saved photo of the barcode from the mobile phone's local storage. Once the barcode has been detected, click on it and a ![black_location_pin](https://discuss.88.io/uploads/default/original/2X/4/409585f4b1c4f325f3578b5da7b1cff4447c9758.png) pin will be added to the map.

### Console Calendar

Manage your events, such as Lunch, Meeting, Party etc in one place.

### Console Encrypt

Encrypt and decrypt files easily by uploading from the mobile phone's local storage. To protect the files, a **Password** or a **Public Key** can be used.

**Note:** There is a limit of 1GB for a single file when using a mobile browser.

### Console QRCode
