Location Pins are exported as in industrial standard GPX files.

How to Import
Click on the Read from Phone button -> Browse to the folder where the .gpx file is located (normally in the Download folder) -> Enter the password (if the file is encrypted)
How to Export
Click on Save to Phone button -> Enter the password if the data is to be encrypted (optional), otherwise just click on the OK button. The .gpx file will be downloaded, normally to the Download folder.
If the Save to Phone Prefix is used, e.g: "123" is entered, then the filename exported will start with "123"

NOTE: For Safari on iOS certain versions, the Location file is not automatically downloaded. It is only displayed in the Download list and it needs to be manually downloaded. Click on the down black arrow to show the Download list.

Then click on Downloads to display the file.
Click on the file and then click on the down arrow (see the purple circle below).

Click on Save to Files to download the Location file.
The Read from Server and Save to Server are not available for Private Alias users.
