Encryption

Note asterisk does NOT support end-to-end encryption, the calls are only encrypted between client and the server. Please use the message server for end-to-end encrypted communication.

TLS is always used for SIP encryption and SRTP is always used for media encryption. The key exchange used for the media encryption is DTLS
