Indoor Kit

The indoor reference camera kit has 13 parts.

  1. clear 3mm thick acrylic len shield x 1
    teh len shield will form a base to mount both camera module and raspberry pi zero 2w
    if cutting up an A4 size acrylic sheet, then 15 shields (each of size 80mm x 40mm) can be made.

Mount 2 corners of the camera module to base

  1. 20mm long M2 metal screws x 2
    to mount camera module to acrylic sheet

  2. 10mm long M2 plastic spacer x 2
    to mount camera module to acrylic sheet

  3. 5mm long M2 plastic spacer x 2
    to mount camera module to acrylic sheet

Own Case

If you are doing your own case with a protector in front, you have to becareful the len protector CANNOT touch the lens, so it should be about 10mm in front of the circuit board.

  • the standard len height is 6.98mm from circuit board
  • the wide len height is 8.30m from circuit board
